Raspberry Pi 2/3 2020 skeletonized mount
thingiverse
I updated this design to eliminate the full positioning rail in the center. When using T-nuts, they made contact with the rail and caused problems. I needed a fast and easy print that would securely hold a Pi 2/3 to the extrusion using standard M4 T-nuts. I used supports touching the build plate to provide stability. The design is intended to hold standard M2.5 nuts on the back side to firmly secure the Pi in place. M4X8 button head fasteners are used to attach the mount to the rail, as 10mm screws are too long and will make contact with the extrusion. I might revise it to provide access to the SD card, but I believe the spacers built into the mount should allow sufficient clearance for inserting and removing the card.
