Raspberry Pi 1U Rack Mount and OLED tray (Remix)

This is a remix of russross' remix. I found that in the 2 rod 1U design the side structures offered very little extra rigidity and increased print time and support material. After removing those and increasing the 45 degree slope of the "feet" it can be printed upright with with no supports and relatively short bridges at the top.

Download the the original "tray" and "ears" from the original remix. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4125055/files

Edit: Added a remixed tray that incorporates a tiny OLED display in the front. If you want a "plug in" mount for the OLED for use with the original tray, you can find it here along with the location of the tutorial of ow to setup the display.

Note: Since using the official PoE Hat blocks the necessary GPIO pins I used a breakout board cut into 3rds that allows me to solder jumpers without interfering with the hat itself. This works well with my rack mount remix with the sides removed allowing extra space to the left and right of the Pi.

Print Settings

Supports: Doesn't Matter

Resolution: 0.2

Infill: 25

Note: If bridging is not an issue, it can be printed upright or flat. Otherwise, print flat with supports.
