Why this one stands out from most others: - Lower material demand - Effective venting system - Durable case without any screws at all - All ports remain open and accessible - GPIOs become easily accessible due to the low profile design - A large cutout for SD (not visible on photos, check the model) - the Raspberry Pi foundation removed the spring-loaded mechanism for SD release in version 3 so. Designed to be printed with PLA at 0.15mm layer height. No supports are needed, as the overhangs should print just fine. The clamping gap between the lid and the bottom is currently 0.14mm, which works perfectly for me. If it's too tight or loose for you, simply adjust the flow/extrusion rate - a 3-5% change can already make a difference. Fusion 360 file included!
