Raspberry Pi 1 backup server
thingiverse
I picked up an old Raspberry Pi 1 model B lying around and chose to breathe new life into it by turning it into an rsync backup server for my NAS disk. So, I purchased an SSD drive and created this mount to make it easy to manage and more visually appealing. I carefully selected the most critical file set from my NAS drive and now upload it every night to this backup server located in a different physical location. In the initial version of this mount, the disk overheated, so I revised it to enhance airflow. I already had a case for the Raspberry Pi, but if you don't have one, I added a "top" file to this design which can serve as a case base plate.
