Here's a case for the new Raspberry Pi 4: you'll notice entrances for the GPIO pins, camera, and screen right away. If you want to add some extra cooling power, it's easy to install a fan. The fan support is limited to the bottom part of the case. I chose a basic 30x30mm fan that's widely available online (eBay, Amazon, etc.). The print settings were set to 0.24 layers, and I used PETG and ABS filaments for the build.
