Raspberry 3 model A case for MPMD
thingiverse
I've got all my printers humming along with OctoPrint and my new MonoPrice Mini Delta is about to join the crew. However, I need a single housing that can accommodate both the Raspberry Pi and the printer. Plus, I'm eager to try out the brand-new Raspberry Pi 3 Model A. So, I conducted a thorough search and discovered two promising models, which I've cleverly combined into one design. The case for the Raspberry Pi features two spacious holes - one in the front and another at the back - to facilitate heat dissipation. To ensure optimal performance, I've got two ceramic heatsinks on hand. To assemble the union between the clips and the case, you'll need four M3 screws. If they're a tad too long, simply insert the screw head into the interior section of the clip. This is version one of my design, and future iterations will eliminate the need for screws altogether. I'm also planning to integrate webcam support directly onto the clip in the next revision. If you have any suggestions or ideas, please don't hesitate to share them with me!
