Raspberri Pi case with open top and botton

I created a more open case for my RPI based on 0110-M-P's widely used design. I made extra room for your fingers to easily remove the SD card. This one assembles together using M3 bolts, coming in two heights to accommodate a slim fit or a 15 mm heatsink. I print it with a 0.40mm nozzle (0.48 as per Simplify 3D's auto setting), 0.2mm layer height in ABS plastic, layers of three top, three bottom, and three outline, at a speed of 45mm/s, and a low setting for the part cooler. Be careful not to print too slowly or you will melt the four screw towers. 2018 July 27 I added a top with clearance for a 15mm high passive heat sink and side mounting for 2020 extrusions.
