Rasberry Pi case camera mount

I wanted a way to attach my Pi camera to the awesome case design that Malolo provided for the Pi4. I did some rough measuring of the printed case top, set up for a 30mm fan mounting pattern; did some modeling in F360, mashed some models together in MatterControl and puked out this camera mount. I incorporated the articulating arm geometry from Sneaks because it works really well and conveniently a case is provided for the camera board itself.

The bolt holes are designed for the M2 screws that the Canakit pi fan accommodates. I used 12mm in length to reach up through the fan, case, and mounting surface of the mount. I placed a washer/nut/washer combo after the case to provide a "stand-off" for air flow to the fan.

Fair warning, the nuts are a little bit of a pain to get on the bolts...

Link to Malolo's case:
https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/4074

Link to the Canakit fan:
https://www.canakit.com/raspberry-pi-fan.html

Print instructions

Printed with Overture PETG @ .2mm layer height, 3 perimeters, 240c nozzle, 85c bed and generic PETG profile in PS.
