This is a Captain America themed version of the Raptor Reloaded tensioner box. It is not a complete hand! You must still print the original Raptor Reloaded components from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:596966, except for "raptor_reloaded_tensioner.stl". Be sure to print different components in blue, red and white theme, get inspiration from the attached picture. Also, when you print the five "raptor_reloaded_tensioner_pin.stl" original pieces, don't forget to print them in these alternating colors as well. Once you have all the original parts, print these ones. Use your best judgment for the colors. The shield parts snap into place. Use super glue for durability.
