This design is inspired by the LunaTik Taktik iPhone case from MINIMAL; I wanted a similar case for my HTC ONE Android phone. Print the outer bumper parts with flexible PLA filament (I used ecoFlex PLA), or opt for rigid plastic and cast it in silicon. To assemble, use two "latch" pieces and eight M3 machine screws, 15mm long. V1.1 improvements include stronger screw bosses on both front and back parts, easier-to-press buttons, and better camera hole alignment.
