A replacement gear for the RapMan 3D printer extruder motor is available, designed to match the original gear. The teeth are based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4472. The nut hole secures the motor on the chamfer instead of the round axis part. Created with SolidWorks 2008, it pairs with the screw and nut from the original gear. Tested using 0.25 PLA Fast profile printing. Inspired by http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4472.
