I added some basic ear supports to Meshmixer, using the standard generate tree settings from Makerbot Desktop with a layer height of 0.2mm. I had to fine-tune them a bit, filing down some parts that were not needed. If they work well, I'll add more support files for other pieces in the future. The supports come off pretty easily when you use a cutter. The STL files have the following settings: Infill at 10%, Number of Shells at 2.
