I designed an improved trigger mechanism for Kelly Industry's PCB board, tackling the issue of firing only one dart after wiring in the new PCB. To boost response time and enable single-dart firing, I added a supplementary spring to the existing design. The upgraded trigger not only functions better but also looks impressive. Additionally, I created a custom switch cover for the volt meter, utilizing a high-knob vertical slide switch like the one shown in the picture. To add an extra layer of style, I embedded a piece of acrylic and applied limo tint, ensuring that the volt meter numbers remain invisible when the device is turned off.
