Rapid Unscheduled Disassembly Mk6
thingiverse
This is the third revision of my Undercutter Rapid Unscheduled Disassembly, featuring a 3D printed frame now strengthened with urethane resin. The incorporation of urethane resin has significantly enhanced the frame's overall strength. I have included three files for the frame: one single piece file and two split version files tailored for smaller printers. The Bill Of Materials (BOM) detailing required materials can be accessed in the file section as both a PDF and an ODS document. Notably, the total parts cost, excluding filament or steel for the blade, amounts to $325. I am sharing this revised version as an example for others to learn from but do not plan to provide further documentation.
