<h3>This is the remix of the <a href="https://www.printables.com/cs/model/208880-rapid-metric-screw-measuring-tool-m2-m5-up-to-50mm"><strong>Rapid Metric Screw Measuring Tool (M2-M5, up to 50mm)</strong></a><strong> from @fivesixzero.</strong></h3><p>&nbsp;</p><h4><strong>This is a SLIM version - shorter printing time, less weight, slim design… but top quality stays untouched! :)</strong></h4><p>&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>Remixed Things</strong></h3><p>I made few changes, notably:</p><ul><li>reduce the Z-axis length by 45 % (only 6 mm!)</li><li>remove recesses on the bottom for threaded heat-set inserts</li><li>change the design of the holes for attaching magnets to regular hole</li><li>change the height of recesses on the bottom for M2-M5 nuts to follow reduced length of the tool</li><li>few small visual tweaks in design (not important) …</li></ul><h3><strong>Print instructions</strong></h3><ul><li>PLA/PETG (preferred)</li><li>0,15mm layer height (Prusa Mini/Mini+) - Quality settings</li><li>0,4mm nozzle type</li><li>4 perimeters</li><li>enable generate support material for a printing bed - type “Snug”</li><li>avoid crossing perimeters enabled</li><li>15% infill; type “Gyroid”</li><li>seam position - type “Nearest”</li><li>all others stock (Prusament settings, PrusaSlicer 2.5.0)</li></ul><p><strong>I have uploaded two types of files for printing:</strong></p><p>A) one-color print - mark the labels with permanent marker (no water soluble)</p><p>B) two-color print - one color is for the body, the second color is for the labels</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>You can also download included .stl/.step/.3mf/.f3d files for easier remixing!
