The RAP is a car lift whose main function is to lift cars to parking places above ground level, thus promoting a larger number of parking places. It is a machine that should be used in locations that have a shortage of car parks. However, it can also be used in any other location as long as it has the minimum paving requirements (it has to be a smooth, not loose, very solid and compact floor).
