Recognizing his talent for tracking, combat, and ruthless efficiency, Rannulv set out on his own, travelling the land in search of bounties to collect. Now, Rannulv is a familiar sight on the roads and in the taverns, his massive, battle-worn axe slung over his shoulder and a collection of freshly severed heads dangling from his belt. This macabre display serves not only as a warning to would-be evildoers, but also as a means of negotiating higher rewards for his services. Though his methods may be unorthodox, Rannulv's skill as a bounty hunter is undeniable. And while his past is stained with the blood of the innocent, these days, his axe is reserved for the truly deserving - bandits, highwaymen, and other scourges that plague the common folk.
