Ranger Beads

Ranger Beads

My good buddy needed Ranger beads and I couldn't find any so I created some that fit perfectly onto a hollowed out paracord. To make one, use one of the threads to pull the paracord through, one cord at a time. These little markers are used to track 100 meters in long-distance hiking, giving you a rough idea of how far you've walked in unfamiliar or unknown terrain and helping you find your way back to camp while exploring. You can buy either a pack of 18 beads or just one. The video that explains this best is at https://survivalreadinessgroup.com/make-use-pace-counting-beads-ranger-beads/. According to the expert, the hardest part is finding the right size beads, but I've got you covered - these beads are perfect for the job.
