Remixed as the original wasn't strong enough and would break in multiple places. Added reinforcement in multiple places. Print at 100% infill, I'd also recommend increasing nozzle temp and reducing fan speed for better layer adhesion. I printed successfully this way with the large outer surface flat against the bed. Supports needed. Can be printed with the large flat side on the bed.
