Random Calculate Equation Generator

Random Calculate Equation Generator

Hello fellow 3D Print enthusiasts.\r\n\r\nTeaching my children to calculate, we used to sit and "build" random equations on paper, using a 10-sided die.\r\n\r\nInstead, I've designed a "Random Calculate Equation Generator"\r\nYou just choose how long you want the equation to be and what it must or can contain, then spin the wheels.\r\n\r\nThere's a "0123456789" wheel, print as many as needed of the same wheel.\r\nThere are also some +,-,* , DIV wheels.\r\nAnd there's a "." wheel if you want to get into decimal places.\r\n\r\nIt's made for printing in one go on my two-color Ultimaker printer.\r\nI've also created two "empty wheels," if you prefer to print the wheels in one color, then write on them with a maker pen or use stickers.\r\n\r\nYou can print "only the number/sign wheels" in one color and have embossed numbers and signs that are readable anyway.\r\n\r\nI printed my wheels in "metal" PLA but made the axle and clip in ABS for added strength.\r\n\r\nThe wheels are about Ø40mm, easy to scale up or down if you want.\r\n\r\nWorking with kids, I didn't like small parts.\r\nSo I designed the axle and lock clip a bit bigger than necessary.\r\n\r\nThis is a nice, little tool where kids can create their own equations to figure out.
