I got the idea from browsing game menus. The completed part looks incredibly cool during the day, its triangles gleam brightly as you move around it. It's mounted to an old IKEA lamp that's no longer available for purchase. When printed in black, the lampshade remains dark even when the lamp is turned on, which wasn't exactly my intention. This design would also work beautifully in white or transparent, adding a lovely shine-through effect. Make sure to use high-quality low-power LED lamps with 3D printed parts! Using anything else could cause your shade to melt or catch fire.
