Hihere is my very easy and simple conversion of oldstyle italian espresso grinder machine into doserless fresh grinder that is possible to use for alternative methods (aeropress, V60, Batch Brew,…) or you can still use it as a espresso fresh grinder if you want. It is possible to find these bulletproof grinders for a few coins in thriftshops or in cafes that are buying new coffee gear and sells old. There is new small hopper with lid and lower cone to replace dozer hopper.
