I am planning to make a Prusa i3 steel ramp. It is crucial that electronic cards on the steel frame are adequately protected, so I want to create a robust box for them. The proposed design is very strong due to its three millimeter thick walls and substantial hinges. There are three alternative models I've designed: Version zero attaches with screws on both sides. Version one has a hinged cover along with mounting feet of medium width, however, the clips prove to be brittle. Version two features a hinged cover along with mounting feet of considerable length, as well as detachable clips. I have opted for version two. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No rafts were included. Supports: None at all. Resolution: I aimed for an output of 0.2mm. Infill percentage is set to 50-70% in this project.
