Ramps snap on hollow case

This is a basic snap-on case for Ramps, featuring an 80mm fan. I'll create a second version that should fit better. edit: Added a shorter v2. Haven't tested it yet, but I'm confident it will be an improvement. Also added an external fan grill. edit 2: I've printed out v2. It fits more snugly, but since it's shorter, it exposes the lcd plugs. So, I've designed v3, which should be the final version - at least for now, until I've had a chance to print it out.
