RAMPS/Mega bracket for 2020

Bracket for mounting and Arduino Mega 2560 plus RAMPS 1.4 on a 2020 frame. This remix is based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:17228. I had to adjust the hole positions because they weren't quite right for my Arduino Mega 2560 board. Other users have reported this issue too, but the original design's photos clearly show it working with RAMPS 1.4, so there may be variants of the board involved. My dimensions are similar to those found on http://www.hwkitchen.com/products/arduino-mega-2560/. I also extended the holes completely through the board. The attached photos show it securely fastened to the back left upright of an Eclips3D using 3 M3 bolts.
