This part is to attach RAMPS to my aluminum extruder. Edit: I have noticed that there are some clone Arduino-Mega instances, where the board design is a bit different than the original. I have faced some boards where the holes on the board are not the same. You may need to adjust the hole locations on the SCAD so that the holder fits your RAMPS well.
