RAMPS Display enclosure and stop button

Simple enclosure with stop button for this display variant. It comes equipped with 5mm mounting holes to securely attach it to my 2040 aluminum frame extrusion. This version features no bottom panel, as I don't believe one is necessary at the moment. However, I may add something later. August 9th, 2017; uploaded and ready for first print. Untested, so far. Later that afternoon on August 9th, 2017; my first print was successful. Although it's not perfect yet, a little clean-up makes it usable. The screen and knob holes require some minor adjustments. Furthermore, the mounting feet for the PCB need to be reinforced by attaching them to the side walls. One of these broke off while tightening the bolt, so I'll revise this design later. For now, this enclosure will get my printer up and running, and I'll redo it once my own printer is operational.
