RAMPS Case With Graphic LCD and RJ45 Connectors
thingiverse
This is a revised take on the Dasaki RAMPS case, completely re-drawn to include a graphical display and RJ-45 connectors for easy stepper connections. The size has been increased to provide extra room for cabling. It also accommodates standard and clone MEGA 2560 boards, which differ in USB and power connector placement. The display piece needs to be rotated in the Slicer software and placed flat face down. Two files of the display are provided - one with supports and another without. The base comes in two versions - V1 with only one M3 securing screw and V2 with two M3 screws. I did not print version 2 myself, so let me know if any issues arise. Required hardware includes: M3x10 - six pieces for the fan panel and display mount M3x12 - two pieces for the connector panel mount M3x20 - eight pieces for the fans mounts M3 nuts RJ45 keystone connectors are also needed. SKP files are provided for convenience. This model was printed with PLA+ at 215C, using a 0.4mm nozzle and an infill of 50%. Button infill is set to 100%.
