This is my first 3D object created for my FLsun i3, and it's a case designed to fit snugly around the ramps BT7272A board that came with it. My plan is to revise it to include a fan, but I need to get the fan itself before figuring out how to mount it properly. If I've done everything correctly, you should be able to use M3 nuts on the back for the board mounting bolts. I still need to improve the top-to-bottom cover screw mounts - the two pieces coming off the back are designed to allow me to attach it to the 2020 frame of the FLsun i3, but they may not be strong enough. If you decide to make one, please let me know and share any tips you have for improving it. Revision V1.1 mainly involves adjusting some hole sizes to better fit bolts and adding fillets here and there in an attempt to add strength. To assemble the case, you'll need four M3x30mm bolts for the lid screws, four M3 nuts and four M3x8mm bolts for the ramps board, and two M4 square nuts and two M4x10mm bolts to attach it to the 2020 frame. I highly recommend printing this revised version over the original one, as there may be issues with the hole placement for holding the lid in place. Revision V1.2 involves changing how the case attaches to the 2020 frame, allowing it to be printed directly on the bed without support underneath - this change was made after experiencing warping during printing. In revision V1.3, I've ensured that the lower holes for the board are now properly aligned. Revision V1.4 sees some clean-up work done on the upper case, with the addition of a fan mount still pending. With revision V1.5, I've created a new lower case after discovering that the previous one's lower holes were still not correct. Finally, in revision V1.6, I've added a lower lid for those who prefer to print without a fan.
