This housing is specifically designed for an Arduino Mega/Ramps setup. It features holes for cable fixation using zipties and various outlets for cable management. A support system is included that can be easily removed or left intact to cover the holes after printing. To assemble this housing, you will need to replace the power ports on the Ramps and Arduino Mega with PCB terminal screws. I have chosen an 80 mm fan to cool the entire enclosure, particularly the stepper motor drivers. To keep the fan in place, I recommend using a metal fan grill, which allows for good airflow, is stable, and produces minimal noise. However, you can always print your own fan cover if preferred. In addition to the provided housing design, you will need to acquire several components to complete the assembly: - M3 screws and nuts to mount the top, fan, and electronics - M3 to M5 countersunk screws and nuts for additional support - Zipties to secure cables in place - PCB terminal screws to replace existing power ports - An 80 mm fan grill to cover the fan - Hot glue to attach nuts within the holes
