Ramps 80mm fan mount with ducts direct to motor drivers X,Y,Z and E0
thingiverse
Mounting a big fan on your RAMPS board can be a great idea, especially if you want it to blow directly on the drivers for better cooling performance. This is what this design is all about. It doesn't have a duct for E1, but it's designed for X, Y, Z, and E0. Thermal inserts are recommended for M3 screws on the legs, and it's meant to be mounted on a RAMPS with an LCD controller attachment board. The goal was to use a quiet low-speed 80 mm fan, but you can also choose a high-power fan for more aggressive cooling. There is ample space between the ducts for your wires to escape without any issues. This design should work with most ramps holders that bolt onto the back. It's designed to be printed without supports, making it easy to produce and assemble.
