This stepper controller board was overheating, necessitating a fan installation for safe long-term operation; highly recommended! A taller version is available for use with heat sinks on chips. Simply print two parts and secure the 40x40 fan using four M3 screws and nuts, ensuring a snug fit on RAMPS. The design allows a 3mm interference for spring-like leg support. Customize as needed via included Solidworks 2012 file.
