Ramps 1.4 with 80mm Fan Mount

To create a unique design, I opted for a box with an 80mm fan despite my initial belief that bigger is always better. The .blend file is included for easy modifications. For printing, I used .33mm layer height, 20% density, 3 layers and shells with standard slic3r settings for speed. An old ATX power supply provided the fan, which works efficiently. Screw it on using regular 1.75" wood screws or M4x35mm screws.
