RAMPS 1.4 + SD Card Enclosure

As I couldn't find a RAMPS box I liked with an SD card reader support, I customized YARB design (thanks!). My modifications include: extending the sidewall for a short endstop cable, elongating the overall box by 7mm to accommodate the SD RAMPS extension, and removing two fan vent decorations for improved airflow. Note that the picture shows the non-extended version; I made the changes but haven't reprinted it yet.
