RAMPS 1.4 case with mount for 80mm fan

Case with a mount for an Arduino Mega 2560 and RAMPS 1.4 shield. Openings for wires, supports for zip ties, and a mount for an 80mm cooling fan are included. An LCD/controller can also be accommodated. The sides had an older version with holes too far apart in my initial upload on February 12th. I updated the top and bottom files to include additional edge support for the bottom. Changes were made based on fitting the Arduino board to the front/back files on February 14th, accommodating the power socket better, and deciding to make holes for screws instead of drilling tiny ones, which is annoying. Motherboard mounting screws should work perfectly. Assembly requires 16 3mm screws and nuts, with 10mm or up to 15mm being suitable in length. Assembly is straightforward, but holders are supposed to accommodate 5.5mm diameter nuts. I'm using #4-32 screws because they're cheap at the hardware store, and those don't fit in hex openings, although they still work well. The Arduino Mega 2560 should be screwed down to the bottom of the case. Drilling may be required depending on screw length, up to 10mm is recommended. Coarse thread screws are suggested since there's no nut provision. The fan can be mounted inside the case but longer than 10mm screws and slim fans with clearance for wiring inside are needed. A new edit was made on February 18th while assembling with #4-40 screws, which revealed that if nuts aren't set in the top piece it will be impossible to tighten screws. To resolve this issue I used a screw in a nut on the inside through a side opening and then heated it with a soldering iron until it set into the plastic where the 3mm nut was supposed to sit, which worked well enough to get most of the nuts in place permanently. Do not try to do this without the screw in the nut as you'll probably block the hole. Do not remove the screw too soon because it will cause melted plastic that makes threading another screw difficult or impossible and may foul screw threads more or less permanently.
