I design rugged ramps that securely hold boxes, built with a heavy-duty frame for added stability. A three-bolt system ensures a firm grip on the plywood panel. Ample space is provided to add an LCD header module, while zip-ties are anchored by pre-drilled holes. A convenient reset button allows users to easily reboot devices without disruption. To enhance airflow within my design, I incorporate a spacious opening of 63.4mm x 63.4mm for the CPU fan, which provides optimal cooling for heat-sensitive components. For added performance, I utilize a 12V fan extracted from an existing CPU heatsink, expertly mounting it internally to ensure efficient heat dissipation. By skillfully welding the fan grille into the plastic using a soldering iron, my design becomes an integrated part of the overall system, providing seamless operation and reduced noise levels.
