A captivating physics lesson toy illustrates a cylinder that appears to move upwards while descending. The model was created using Solidworks 2016 and rendered with Simlab Composer 7 Mechanical Edition. Frames were edited in Virtualdub, saved as AVI/X264 and BMP formats. The video was remuxed to MP4 with MyMP4BoxGui, and gifs were made using PhotoScape. IrfanView was used for rendering edits, while the files were compressed with 7-zip (freeware). Animated 3D-PDF and SIMLAB files are available, as well as models in Solidworks 2016, Simlab Composer 7, DAE, STEP, IGES, Parasolid, OBJ, 3D-PDF, SketchUp, 3DS, FBX, and DWF formats.
