A 40mm fan cools the RAMBo electronics on this cover, designed for use with the Artifex 3D Printer (http://www.3dmakerworld.com/artifex). It's compatible with MendelMax and other aluminum extrusion-based printers as well. Installation instructions are provided in the Artifex Build Instructions (http://www.3dmakerworld.com/support/documents). The model was designed using Alibre (now Geomagic), and its source files can be found on GitHub at https://github.com/3dmakerworld/artifex.
