For swapping a RAMBo board with RAMPS mounting holes, use this design. Print and attach it using RAMPS hole positions, followed by RAMBo board mounting. Finished! Inspired by Sound's "Sanguinololu adapter for RAMPS mounting holes" (thingiverse.com/thing:39893). Note that the RAMBo board has 95mm x 96mm hole spacing, with 96mm parallel to USB port direction; ramps-rambo.stl has braces perpendicular, while ramps-rambo90.stl has them parallel to the USB port, critical for certain situations.
