RAM X-wing iPhone 7 Adapter

This adapter for the iPhone 7 solves several issues when paired with a RAM X-wing motorcycle mount: 1. The iPhone 7's two buttons on the left side force the phone to sit low in the mount to avoid contact from the X-wing fingers. 2. The iPhone can potentially fall out of its holder. 3. Retaining a USB charging cable connection is problematic. The STL files are binary output from Fusion 360 sent to Simplify3D, which may cause issues for some users; I'll upload an ASCII version if needed. To minimize support structure requirements, this adapter was designed and printed in two pieces. After printing and cleanup, the two parts were bonded together using super glue. The addition of Velcro ensures that the retainer remains aligned with the RAM X-wing mount and can be easily removed if necessary.
