I found that the ram mount steering stem mounting system is prone to rotating unless way overtightened, which has the risk of pulling the nut through the bottom plastic retainer. This tool fits between the top triple tree nut and the bottom ribs of the mount keeping it in place. It allows for 24 for different positions in steps of 15 degrees. (this version is for a 38mm nut, I included the .f3d file, so you can adjust it to your size, if you don't have Fusion 360 leave a comment and i'll try to adjust it to your needs when I have time)
