RAM mount B-size (1 inch dia) designed specifically for 28mm handlebars and secured with M4 screws. The hollow ball design accelerates printing time while enhancing overall stiffness. A strategically positioned recess within the clamp ensures a secure grip on the handlebar. Conveniently located M4 nuts on the lower half of the clamp allow for effortless tightening with a screwdriver from above. Heavy-duty models feature an additional hole, accommodating reinforcement balls secured by an M4x30 screw and nut. When printing, it is highly recommended to set the fill density to 40% or higher to ensure optimal durability of the ball leg and a minimum wall thickness of 1.5 mm. The material excels with ABS and PETG, effortlessly printing without additional support.
