RAM HD Bed Pocket plugs

My take on various RAM HD pickup truck stake pocket plugs/covers. I put an inside fillet on the upper edge so they sit flush with the top of the existing ABS bedrail and added some embossed maker nickname text to the sides for a little "gription" in the stake hole. The name will not show upon slicing, just some .2mm bumps. There's a base plug that's smooth that is used with other bodies/sketches to emboss the images upon them. the easiest way to do this in fusion is to import an SVG to the existing body and "cut" it in. All images are embossed .2mm into the surface. The Center pocket has less material (depth) than the rear pocket (need to confirm front size) so print the center pocket at 101% for a sung press-in fit. The rear plug at 100% will fit very tight but can still be pressed in by hand. I found the best way to remove is using a 1" sharp wood chisel. I suppose you could use your daily carry knife in a pinch. I created these with Fusion 360 (Free). Using Prusaslicer, the top surface can be modified using a Height Range modifier with an infill added and using a Hilbert curve. This blends in well with the exiting ABS plastic pattern. The Rams Head and Flag pocket plugs need additional modifiers to keep the stars (flag) and Rams head from using the same Height modified infill pattern. I used circular and block/slab modifiers to override and use ironing on those areas. I will endeavor to include the Prusa slicer files after I get all the little kinks and more test prints completed. The flag plug is currently being stubborn based on my lack of Prusa skills to get the stars looking right..
