There are plenty of mounting options for EFI Live or EZ Lynk switches that suggest drilling your dash. There are a few options for metal mounting brackets for fairly cheap that install on the OBD2 bracket. I didn't like these options so I created this quick model to test mounting on the dash screw on the right side of the drivers foot well (opposite fastener to the OBD2 location). This could easily be created with metal if it turns out PLA isn't strong enough. I have just installed so have no knowledge of durability but it feels plenty strong enough so long as a gorilla doesn't try to switch to 6. This design requires drilling the switch hole to the appropriate size. If you use a switch with a key pin, you either will need to clip the key pin, or drill a hole of the correct size in the correct position. Alternately, just modify the file so it is correct for your needs as printed. Since the switch is not visible while driving, I decided to make the bracket the same size as the switch housing. If you want to use the sticker that is included so you can see the switch position, you will need to increase the size of the base by around 1/4". I printed with 100% infill with 0.2mm layer height in PLA+ black. No supports required.
