I've created a simple yet effective RAM-compatible ball mount designed to provide extra strength by incorporating an M4x35 flat head machine screw. This mount can be easily attached to any surface using molding trim tape. I opted for PETG material, which is ideal for this type of print due to its excellent layer adhesion and ability to reduce sheer stress. While printing this design, I encountered some challenges, mainly related to the material choice. To overcome these issues, I recommend adding your own supports underneath the ball, orienting it downwards during printing. This ensures a sturdy base for the mount and compensates for Slic3r's limitations in generating effective supports.
