This is a "Quarters Only" Change holder designed specifically for the Ram 1500 model series from 2009 to 2018. It seamlessly replaces the top half and spring caps found in the standard coin holder, ensuring a smooth upgrade process. Tired of being limited by a coin capacity of just 10 quarters, I took matters into my own hands and redesigned the existing coin holder to prioritize quarters alone. Since I rarely have other coins on hand - they're either donated or saved in a piggy bank - this modification makes perfect sense. To achieve this, I leveraged the existing bottom half of the coin holder and retained its three springs, minimizing modifications and ensuring compatibility with the original design. For those who might find this project useful beyond its intended purpose, I've included the SolidWorks file as an added resource. Update 2018-10-23: A crucial adjustment was made to increase the retention tab width. Initially, the narrow wedges in the top half were causing damage to the webbing of the retention anchors in the bottom half, which has been rectified with this update.
