This is a meticulously crafted replica, built by hand, of the renowned yellow tractor sign that proudly sat atop the North Carolina Equipment Company building in Raleigh, NC from 1940 to 2018. The iconic building, later renamed Lulu Press, Inc, was eventually torn down in 2018 as shown in this [video](https://youtu.be/tZpULNykI9E), but demolition crew members made a concerted effort to salvage most of the beloved tractor for potential reuse in the next structure. The base of the model boldly displays the street address ("3101 Hillsborough Street") and years the sign was prominently visible ("1940 – 2018").
