I was determined to craft a planetary gears box with a 5mm shaft. All the existing scripts had issues that prevented them from working properly, so I decided to dig into the code and repair the problems necessary for a 5mm shaft version. To start, I chose a high-quality 625ZZ ball bearing. As you can see in other photos I've shared, I used this mechanism to create a reduction for my Bowden MK8 Extruder because I recently assembled a Rostock that requires significant torque while printing at fast speeds. Fortunately, it works exceptionally well.
