Raised smaller scanner plate base for Ciclop / Piclop
thingiverse
I constructed a piclop scanner that necessitated scanning smaller objects, prompting me to reposition the turntable closer to the camera lens. However, this relocation meant that the turntable's surface area was no longer within view of the camera. To resolve this issue, I created a 2.5cm thick baseplate modeled after Txispas' design. Its narrower dimensions enabled it to be printed in one pass using most printers while reducing plastic consumption by half. The redesigned plate also features recessed slots for M6 nuts and a central hole for improved calibration capabilities.
