Raised J-Head Mount

This derivative is based on roberlin's J-head mount (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:53560). To fit it on a QU-BD, I replaced the original hot end and tweaked the design to maintain adequate Z height on an Ord Bot. I followed most of roberlin's instructions and hardware recommendations. Print with 100% infill and use support for overhangs. You will need: 2 x (20mm M5 bolt + nut + 2 washers), 2 x (16mm M3 machine screw), 2 x (40mm M3 machine screws), 2 x (20mm M3 machine screw) for securing bdring's thing:38281 to the motor, and some M3 washers. Choose from left or right side extruding files depending on your setup. A newer version raises the nozzle further for more Z height (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:77357).
